I've had to make 6 calls and spend 2 1/2 hours on the phone with these idiots AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A SHIPPING LABEL to send this xbox back because of three red lights, My last call I'm hoping got me somewhere he said "Service is having problems with Repair orders online and it should be fixed by tomm. morning, but how freaking hard is it to just email me a shipping label and be done with this crock of crap!!!!!!!!1

Actually, the guy I talked to to get my 360 registered under my name and set up for a repair was very helpful. Other than the initial 10 minutes on hold at the very start, I had to talk to him for like another 10 minutes before I had everything ready to go - shipping label and all.

2 years ago it was so easy, 10 mins and they had a coffin shipped to your address, now they want to do it all online, which is glitchy, says warranty is expired even though system is 2007 model, thats 2 calls right there, 5th call they had me a label BUT address was filled out wrong, 6th call they say repair service is down to try Reference number tomm. afternoon and it should work, it is a waste of time

I recently repaired my brother's 360 online, was very easy
I don't know why anybody would deal with the people on the phone nowadays

I had to call over the phone cause the internet service was down, spent about 45 minutes trying to get another shipping label for my 2nd xbox that I needed repaired.

They ended up cancelling both of my original repairs and making new ones. The lady seriously pissed me off.

If you call during PST hours most of the time you get connected to the call center out of Texas I think? After hours and you get India. Also take a few pages from Consumerist.com lots of awesome tips to getting in touch with someone from the US and has the power to actually get things done. Numbers over there get you directly to tier 3 and other actually helpful CS reps.
