I've got a Super Mario Bros. light switch cover. Other than that, I don't really collect swag, so nothing out of the ordinary. I wouldn't mind a Mirror's Edge messenger bag to carry my laptop around in, though.

While I wouldn't exactly call it strange, the most talked-about item would have to be the handmade Phoenix Wright plushie .
Sure, it's not sanctioned by Capcom at all, so maybe the Phoenix Wright manga it's holding could also qualify as a strange game-related item.

Are you sure it's dead? I've never owned a proto, but do have some Famicom pirates with those flash ROM windows. Surprisingly, those work just fine. I've been able to get any retail NES game to work....

I had like five or six of those! Look in my old trades, they all got sold on here to help me with a move! Had the Chrono Cross clocks too, they fell to the same fate.

I have a sealed Viewmaster Interactive vision. I also have a Starfox Survival Kit that was a Circuit City promo that I have never seen anyone else have. In the survival kit for the release of the Gamecube Starfox there is a roll of Starfox toilet paper, starfox door hanger, and a bottle of Starfox soda (looks like jones soda).
Here is the viewmaster:

Some oddities from my stuffs (some weird, some just more rare, I guess):
- Jaguar CatBox
- Flesh Feast severed hand promo
- Pewter Myst/Riven symbol (not a promo item -- about 8" long -- from a company that did some repros of stuff from the game)
That's all I can think of for now.
