Some synth lines that are similar to Gangnam Style and a vocal line in the chorus that almost matches Aqua's Barbie Girl? Meh.

Absolutely not... Psy is actually a very well established South Korean artist and didn't make Gangnam style in attempts to go viral. When you make something in attempts to go viral it becomes a lot less likely and i'm not claiming to know"one pound fish mans" intentions by making that video but its pretty obvious.

Gangnam Style is extremely catchy and the video is genuinely funny without really trying to be funny. That and the dance is just comedic in itself. One pound fish man lacks these qualities.
