Good question. I've looked everywhere for a model number and nothing is there. The product is called "Ultra Slim Bluetooth USB Adapter"...that's it. Comes with the adapter itself and a mini CD to install. If you want I can take pictures?

Edit: aw crap. I just notice that it's usb 1.1; I already have a usb 1.1 bluetooth, and was hoping to get one that was usb 2.0. Sorry about this mistake.
