Also, keep in mind that this coupon stacks with Edge card for 40% bonus total.

This is a good way to get rid of Halo 3 if you don't want it anymore.. currently trades in for $35. after bonus and edge it's $49.

Careful Helen, not all EB/GS's are going to allow it. Some over on the CAG board said the manager wouldn't allow it at their locations. Then again, there is one every 20 feet now anyway * raspberry *

No, it stacks automatically in the system. If they tell you otherwise, just politely ask them to try scanning the card.

But...they're GS/EB employees...I don't think their ability reaches that far, it's worth a try though...

I wish I had bought Wii games from that Amazon sale a few days ago * wry smile * As it is, I really don't have anything I want to trade in right now.

It wasn't a great deal as the selection was limited (I was only really interested in Tomb Raider for the Wii), but depending on trade-in-value, I probably could have gotten a good chunk of credit with an extra 40%.

ooooo, never thought of that, good thinking. I may do this with a few games.
Why can't there be an updated list of their prices somewhere * wry smile * With technology that can hack into the CIA database and get black Friday deals a month in advance, you'd think someone would have a list.

Will they accept this coupon if you print it off the net. If i am not mistake Halo 3 trade for $32 so with the bonus 30% with your 10% edge card you would get $44.80 definetly going to trade mine in. Since this game is untradeable.

I believe EB/GS last had it at $35, but I guess the price might've went down by then

base trade-in values should not vary throughout the country. I went to GS on Thursday morning and it was $35 for Halo 3. That may have changed since then.

I'd like to know this also. I assume so, since you posted the image here, but that seems awfully strange to essentially have an unlimited supply of that coupon...

People get the coupon via email (people who are subscribed to the Gamestop/EBgames mailing list get a new coupon probably every other week or so); the only way to actually use the coupon is to print it off the net.

Ah, cool. There should be a topic in Hot Deals dedicated to those coupons. Is anyone here on their mailing list who wouldn't mind making such a thread?

i'm on their mailing list, but there's really no point to have one topic about it, as somebody always ends up posting a topic when a new coupon comes out.

Valid 12/18 to 12/20

So Tuesday through Thursday....I would assume that might be why some people got rejected?

I used this coupon and edge card and got $196 for 4 copies of Halo 3 * evil smile *

Basically just transferred all my credit from Blockbuster to Game Stop * yes *
