In case you've been out of the gaming loop for a couple years. Definitely worth the price (marked down from $20). Sale runs until Thursday.

I grabbed it when it was $10 on the Ubisoft week. Definitely worth the $5 if you have a good PC. Good luck playing on anything below an 8600GT and a dual-core (which I think is required).

I brought it for the hell of it. I'm not sure if I will ever get to it but for $5 it's a great deal. Thanks TJ. |

I like rebuying games on Steam when they're cheap just since it's so damned convenient.

Are the reviews a year or two old?

this was $5 on Direct2drive for atleast a month. The again, D2D is inconvenient and owned by the same people that own ign, so it was almost not worth it.

I grabbed World in Conflict off of D2D during that huge sale and I was actually surprised at how easy it was to use
Still no Steam, but it's worth grabbing games for $5 off their service too

Yeah, I picked up Supreme Commander Gold for $5 during the deal. It's a decent service, but someone was saying that you can only re-download the game 3 times or something. Not sure if thats true though.

That's not completely out of the question, I mean how many times would you really re download a game?

I'd back up garbage like that since it's crazy that they'd put a download limit on something I've purchased when pirates could illegally download something as many times as they want...
But I have 4 computers between desktop, media center, laptop, and netbook. It would be nice to know that my games are perpetually available like on Steam.

Agreed between different computers and fresh installs it's good to have unlimited downloads |
