I don't get it.
Did Batman do that? Does he have some kind of cult?
Why would he do that to a building?

I like the joker one better.
I agree it doesnt really make any sense. The only thing I can think of is that the joker blew it up like that to get his attention.
But the poster makes it look like batman blew up a building. |

It's probably not even actually in the movie. But if it is, maybe the Joker did it to get some heat put on Batman.

Or maybe because the poster say "world without rules", Batman is just going with the flow! Poster still mediocre at best.

Nothing beats the one with him in the building, but at this point anything Batman related kicks ass.

I love the Harvey Dent one.

Yeah. but the Dent one only really works if you get the reference(s).
Spoiler (That Dent is Two Face, that the button obscures half the face, and that the button is kind of standing in for Two Face's coin.) |

Was he in Batman Begins? I can't remember if they mentioned Dent or not.

dent was not in begins.
also, I'm not really sure that was what they are going for considering you only see half the face in all the posters.
You can certainly get that from it though, and it would make sense. |

He was in the first Michael Keaton one (Batman (1989)) played by Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian!)
When he returned (as Two Face) in Batman Forever he was played by Tommy Lee Jones.

Spoiler I wonder if they're gonna set up a third movie with him or if he's going to become Two-Face in this. Just curious cuz they've shown the hell out of Joker but haven't shown him as Two-Face. I thought they may make him become Two-Face towards the end and that sets up the third movie. | |

just saw it before Iron Man. In one scene his face looks to be scarred. But they don't show it completely. |

Couple links of two-face pics. Ones a frame from the trailer. Ones of his figurine which also has a list of several villains in the movie. |

man, I hope they don't pull a spiderman 3 and go overboard with villians. |

I'm guessing The Scarecrow is a really minor villain, even moreso than in Begins, and Twoface won't be introduced until near the end as to set-up the next movie and the Joker will be the main villain with all the screen time. |

Yea, I really hope as well that they don't go overboard like Spider-man 3 did. Spider man 3 woulda been a lot better if they kept Venom as an introduction and a main villian for a film afterwards while sandman, etc were the main villians.
If you want a lot of villians or heroes in a movie like this, then they need more time to build up to it with films before them.
Hopefully scarecrow and two face are front/end villians with the Joker being the main one and we get Two face and such in the next one. |
