As in, British gangster movie-type stuff? |

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Green Street Hooligans (not quite the same time of gangster, but such a fudging sweet movie, one of my faves)
Revolver (terrible movie though)
Snatch (great)
Thats all I can think of off the top of my head, Lock Stock and Snatch are probably the big, most well known ones. |

Excellent, I plan to watch at least one of them tonight, thanks Nick. And is Revolver really that bad? I mean, it has Jason Statham in it, and he pretty much guarantees awesomeness in every movie he's in. |

Hahaha, I know right. Thats totally what I thought, but just stay away from Revolver, or at the very least save it for last. It really sucks.
Its supposed to have some kind of weird psychological plot, its really slow and doesn't have a lot of action or anything.
Also, just so you know, if you watch Green Street and don't like it, keep it to yourself, because if I hear you say a negative word about it then I will make it my personal mission in life to hunt you down.

I just bought Snatch and Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. I went to buy Green Street Hooligans, but the guy at Best Buy said tons of people are looking to buy the movie, so it's sold out. I downloaded it, though, so I'll put it on a disc and watch it tomorrow.
Thanks, you really helped me out a lot; I've been looking for some awesome movies to watch. |

I ordered Green Street Hooligans from DeepDiscount.com for $12.71 with free shipping. |

GOOD.
If you watch it, and then you immediately don't want to go out and get in a fight with someone then you didn't get the full experience. |

Well, if you end up liking Green Street, you can check out Football Factory. Its not quite as good, but still worth watching. |

I downloaded Football Factory, and Green Street has yet to come in the mail. Should I watch FF first so that when I watch Green Street I'd think it kicks more ass than it already does?

Yeah, that should be acceptable. |

If, for some reason, you end up disliking it, you still better watch GSH. |

Green Street finally came in the mail on Saturday(I won't say it came today because it's 1:15AM, Sunday on the East Coast). I highly anticipate the viewing of this movie.

Just watched Green Street Hooligans--it was excellent. Thanks for the recommendation, Nick.
I know they're not a British gangster-type film, but I rented We Own the Night and Shoot 'Em Up from the library. I will watch one of them tomorrow. Which should I watch first?

I haven't seen We Own the Night, I've heard a lot of different things on it, ranging from "meh" to "excellent". I loved Shoot 'em Up though, so it comes highly recommended from me.
Glad to hear you liked Green Street, its definately one of my favorite movies. |

Fudge you bitch. Its good crap, just convoluted as fudge.
Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs are kind of smilar. Could be similarities with like Training Day. Maybe Payback.
Mean Machine has a similar feel though the context is completely different (sports movie).

I liked Revolver. I thought the end kinda brought everything together. If it had ended poorly it would be another story.
Statham is the crap! |
