You mean the pamphlet things? $20 M.I.R. for Norton Internet Security and a pamphlet of Batman Begins paraphernalia you can buy (which I regrettably never purchased).
$10 shipped (1st w/DC) sound fair? I've never actually watched it and it's in absolutely mint shape, cover and all. If you're interested in anything else I can definitely lower the price. Either way feel free to counter
