I never realized how complicated/hard their music was, until I downloaded a Guitar Pro file for "Vela, Together We Await the Storm." Wow, it's crazy, most of the guitar part is one big sweep melody.

Anyone else like them?

Dig the music but the singer kills it. Dont know why bands are using this singing style so much, it makes every group sound the same.

Yeah, I like that type of singing style, but it doesn't fit too well with the instruments. I do love the actual singing/choir-ish parts though.

What I've heard is pretty good, I can't really remember the song. All I remember is really high screams. Haha.
You should check out Between the Buried and Me, those are some skilled musicians. Atleast, the bass is killer, which is all I play. Haha.

Check out the video for "Crossing the Rubicon." Some ridiculous fudgein guitar work, I tells ya.
