Allman Brothers Band: Jessica, Little Martha
Cream: Steppin' Out, Toad, Cat's Squirrel (essentially an instrumental), The Clearout
Eric Johnson: Cliffs of Dover
Led Zeppelin: Bron-Yr-Aur, Jennings Farm Blues (electric instrumental version of Bron-Y-Aur Stomp), +what buffduff already mentioned.
Pink Floyd: The Great Gig in the Sky (vocals but not really lyrics), Any Colour You Like
Santana: Singing Winds Crying Beasts, Samba Pa Ti, Toussaint L'Overture
Stevie Ray Vaughan: Travis Walk, Riviera Paradise, Little Wing, Rude Mood
A few of those might actually have lyrics; I just briefly browsed my music trying to find some.
