The guitarist of my old band has bear that blows that crap away I wish I had pics. He had a 5150 peavey head, a Mesa Boogie Half Cab, and a Schecter 7 string with Emgs.

Probably the most retarded thing I've ever seen you post.
Your completely mental if you think EMGs are not gold standard for metal.
My guitarist would go on and on about them. Granted if you have the lesser quality EMGs they suck.
But He only had the best.

They're good for metal only because they're wound for extremely high output. Plus they have to be active PUPs to be really worth it. They have no versatility whatsoever and that's what makes them lame.

I play a little bit of all three, but mostly drums. No pictures, but I play a crappy Pacific set, with crap cymbals other than my Sabian B8 Ride and my Meinel soundwave hi-hat (same one that Lamb of God's drummer uses). |
