I think it's pretty clear that they are friends and this was done in-person. But, we do allow that, as long as they don't do it too much. For someone just starting out, it's nice to get a trade right off the bat like that.

Do you see in the future a system that blocks 2 new users from trading with each other?

JMorgan14 - no, I'd rather not block them. I've answered this a few times now. All we can do is block them from using the offer/trade system. We can't actually stop them from trading. For a new user, using the system isn't really why they are here. So, I'm not convinced it would help and it could make it worse if they make the trade outside the system. Also, some trades between noobs go off without any problem. Do we really want to block legit trades? |
