I'm selling pars of rambus modules. These are what came out as a competitor to DDR modules. These modules were working pulls from Dell Dimension desktop systems.

256MB Kit $12 shipped
-- Two matched 128MB Samsung PC800-45ns modules with heatsinks.

512MB Kit $22 shipped
-- Two matched 256MB Toshiba PC800-45ns modules with heatsinks

Note that if you install these into a system with 4 slots, there needs to be modules in all 4 slots. Or you can install a matched pair of modules and a matched pair of continuity modules. Continuity modules are tiny 'blank' modules that fit in the unused memory slots so that the system thinks something is in the slots. If you need a set of continuity modules, I can include a set. As far as I know these are Non-ECC, but if you need to know I can check the model numbers on the modules.

I will also check lists for trades.
