Need to find this a better home fast as I am moving out. :)

Will check lists especially if you have GameCube games/accessorites, or (preferably) make a cash offer. I will not send first if you are buying, though -- been burned once before. I recommend you do not send payment as a "gift", as neither of us receive PayPal protection if that method is used. I have feedback elsewhere I can provide you with.

Oh, and I'd swap it for a Playstation 2. Haha like that'll ever happen. :P

Loved for about 2 years, owned only by me (24yr old female).
Sticker reside on top of case.
Small hairline crack on one hinge -- does not affect opening/closing in any way.
Includes 2 styluses and charger.
I did not play it with touch screen protectors, so there is surface wear on the screen.
It's not in mint condition, not even excellent, but if you want a working DS Lite, it's great. :)

"I will not send first if you are are buying, though -- been burned once before." Like we haven't heard that one before, and your just going to get negged until you change your mind. Because a silver star and up would probably never send first to you, to someone with 9 ratings for a high value item.

Meh, I don't really care at this point. :) I've been swapping for 3 years, just not here, and have the feedback to back myself up.

I got ripped off by jedimastercris recently and as far as I can tell, this place isn't nearly as safe as the other site I've swapped on.

Buyers have protection with PayPal -- sellers do not. If I don't send, you open a claim and get your money back. If you don't send, I'm fudgeed and have no way of getting my item back. Unfortunately, filing mail fraud does not work as well as people think.

IMO, a person with a star is considered trustworthy, depending on the trades they have already made. I would reconsider if vikitty didn't have a star, but in this case, I would send the money first.

Edit: After checking her ratings from her trades, I noticed that everyone that has dealt with vikitty has given "excellent" ratings. This would prompt me to send first as well, since no one to this date seems to have had a problem with her.

To be fair, I just got my star today. :D

Anyway, like I was saying to polaris and everyone in chat, it's much safer for buyers than it is for sellers here. That's why as a buyer I won't send payment as a gift -- I will pay the fees myself so that if there is an issue, I am able to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

I don't understand why suddenly paying means you have to send first. How is it any different to sending items through the mail? If anything, you're more likely to get paid, since stuff can get lost via transit. I mostly buy and I generally pay first because people are wary of shipping to New Zealand. If I was in America though, I'd expect to only send the money first if I have less feedback.
