On this site, you get $10 free right away pretty much. When you register, you pick out a new number. Then for the first 10 callers, you get $1 per call. After that, it's only a nickel. You can also upload your own ringtone. It's actually pretty useful for any purpose. The new number just fowards calls to your real number.
