There's a link for "Emoticon and mark-up Help" on the forums and in PMs, but how about throwing a lil link to the emoticon and mark-up page on the Offers page?
They're usable in Offer messages anyway so having a quick link to it to confirm that a :) isn't the same as  would be one small step of improvement. |

Every hurtling snowball of change needs a little push...besides, if the poor little Offer page is left out, then that link should be stripped from the forums and PMs!  |

Bill, why not make it so the link the the emoticon and mark-up help is on a little sticky note thing that follows the mouse cursor all over the screen? that would make it even cooler.
