It seems you're not the only one he owes money to. He has two PP loans out that total over $200. So it looks like he's hurting for money right now. |

he's remaining in somewhat continual contact with me (an update every week or so). He's apparently working on getting things fixed with all his pendings, but has limited internet access for the time being.

Syntax can be somewhat slow with sending his side, but he's always gotten it done (we've traded two or three times). Last I talked to him, his mother was having fairly serious health problems, so now you know, closetQueen.

Iced don't you think i tried?
syntax you said you will send a $10 money order immediately with delivery confirmation... you never asked me to cancel anything, i didn't realize anything was pending as paypal sent a message CASE CLOSED. i didn't read the fine print.
wtf can't you put the 10 in your pp account? I paid on march 3 it is now may 3 --- 2 months is a long tome to scrape up 10 bucks

^ Please tell me you've emailed this to him as well as posting it here? I honestly think you're posting this in the wrong forum to begin with (forum description: "Questions, comments and suggestions about this site, GameTZ"). What do you think the chances are of him even seeing this topic? The topic name "Still Waiting" doesn't exactly call him out in any sort of way. Unless he's as bored as I generally am, he doesn't even know something is up. |

probably two or three weeks longer than the original agreed-on sending date. He has had a lot going on, so just be patient. You say that $10 isn't a big deal, that he should be able to scrape it up... well, if it's not such a big deal, why can't you wait a little longer?

closetqueen, you have no one to blame for this taking so long except for yourself. when i originally pended this trade months ago, you declined it, then took it upon yourself to Paypal me $10, without letting me know what it was for in the Paypal note, and not saying anything to me on GameTZ. furthermore, I was involved in quite a few Paypal transactions the month you randomly sent me $10 and didn't even notice it. i wasn't even aware that you had sent the $10, and that I owed you anything until after you filed the BTR. this is because when you filed the Paypal Claim, you didn't state what the money was for, even after I had asked you. you only have yourself to blame for this. i was going to be nice and send you the controller with the refund, even though your irrational method of payment and complete lack of communication afterwards is the reason you didn't receive anything. however, after reading your topic, i'm only going to send you your refund. i don't see what so difficult to understand about this. you randomly send me $10 PP 4 days after declining a trade offer, don't put what the money was for in the PP note, and don't contact me whatsoever until I receive a Paypal claim from you, and you still wonder why you didn't receive anything? also, CANCEL THE PAYPAL CLAIM THAT WAS APPROVED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT A MONTH TO GET A REFUND. AFTER YOU'VE CANCELED IT, I WILL SEND YOU A MONEY ORDER WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. I AM NOT REFUNDING YOU TWICE. hopefully the capitalization will help you to better understand as you seem to have trouble up to this point. |

I asked you how much for the controller shipped.
You responded $10.
I sent the ten.
You responded "I need $3 more"
I said no just refund the ten...
no word from syntax even after I made the claim at Paypal and messaged syntax
and here we are
all of a sudden syntax knows how to type. whether i get the ten back really isn't a concern anymore. the point is i have a valid claim, i file a btr. after more than 2 months nuthin happens i let ppl know via this forum.

I'm pretty sure you can't cancel a paypal dispute if they've already made a ruling on it and its closed.
And itd be stupid to cancel, because you can,t refile on the same payment, so if syntax decided to send a picture of himself giving the finger instead of a $10 money order, there would be no recourse.
But hey, good to see one out of those 5 BTRs wasn't "justified". Give this man a blue ribbon!
