I took off my btr for him becaus ehe said that he was going to send. Then he says that hes sick but I see him playing xbox live not even 2 days ago. Can anyone get me his phone number ? He has my fudging $400 fudging ps3 |

he doesnt live too far away, i could visit him and get the money and then paypal it to you if he was having such a hard time
but him playing on his xbox doesnt really make him seem like a good guy

RV was telling us before when he got back on Xbox Live that it was an ISP Problem why he wasn't on the site or Xbox Live. In his defense, he was offline for a good week or more at one point. I have no idea what's going on with him now but he hasn't been on Live since yesterday, which I assume is the same time he froze his account.

It wasnt paypal that he owned me it was xbox 360 games and other 360 stuff. I just want my ps3 back now and dont want his 360 games because this is bullcrap. |

You could always try calling his local police department, or filing a report with yours.

I checked his MySpace (in his profile) and it says he was recently online too this morning.
If you try calling a local police department in his area, all they will tell you is that you should be calling your local police and they will contact the police in an area you may have been scammed (if that was the case). |

That's not true. If they tell you that when you call ask to speak to his superior. The theft/fraud has to be addressed where it took place. That's his city. |

I took care of it. I talked to him and he said he will be back in two days. His grandfather passed away and he and his mom are sick. He said he will mail my games on monday. |

Im not defending the guy or anything (plus I dont really know what's going on), but my friend is having vertebrae problem and can only stay in bed (can hardly sit up), so it's actually easier to play on the xbox, than getting up and sit at the computer for him. actually, same thing with my mom. she could lay on the couch and watch the tv just fine, but when she gets on the computer, even just to check email, she cries in pain.

I know, I was just making a point that no matter how many trades someone has, they can still rip people off. I've looked through some old users who had over 100 and they made some trades and never came back and sent their end.

Yeah you could have been on the site since it first started, then be on for 10+ years and just a day they could have a bunch of high dollar trades and scam them people. Sad, but possible.
