I was looking through my old feedbacks, and noticed that the users that gave me unfavorable feedback are mostly the ones that have either BTRs or are inactive. I remember eBay recently went through a feedback cleaning, filtering out the feedbacks from users that are inactive. Perhaps GameTZ could use the same filter? Not really a big deal though, since no one really look at overall rating right? unless its under 90%... |

What about a rating that you didn't deserve? I recieved a good for shipping on a recent trade when I shipped out next day. |

I'm generally willing to try to help with cases like that. Usually, it's best to email mods if you need help like that.

Atmaweapon111 contacted us because he feels the "good" you gave him for speed is unfair. He sent out within 2 days, which seems reasonably fast to us. But, maybe there's more to the situation? If so let us know. It looks like the package did take a little longer to get to you, perhaps because of the holiday weekend. But, blaming Atmaweapon111 for that seems unfair.
Our ratings system can be a little touchy. Though "good" is literally a good rating, anything less than excellent is generally considered "bad". So, this sort of things can matter a lot to traders.
We'd like to upgrade the rating, but just wanted to check with you first to make sure there isn't some other issue that we're not aware of.

Ya i've never had a problem in the past so I didn't know anything could be done about it. I appreciate you sending that email. I try to take pride in my rating because I do my very best to make the trade as perfect as possible. Thanks again. |
