So I requested two game from a user that were supposed to be in excellent condition. When I got them one of them had a huge sticker across the box and the others book had water damage. The discs themselves were pretty scratched but I am sure they still play. But still I was expecting a couple of excellent games which I was using in another trade. Now I have a couple games that I do not consider in excellent condition at all. What should I do? The users suggestion was that I send him his damn game and that it only matters that the games play not the overall quality of the package and game. Am I correct to be a little mad? |

you are correct to be upset with the trader. there is a reason you can rate the game's condition, and those are far from 'excellent'. i've been fortunate to have only had one trade where i didn't get 'excellent' when i expected it, but i still got 'very good' so i let it slide. but from the sounds of it, you didn't even get that. have bill send out the assassin. |

Try to remain calm and just work something out.
In general, I'd say you have a good case for making the other trader fix the problem. So, either send his games back or find some other way for him to make up for it. Saying games are 'excellent' when they are not, is unaccaptable. It looks like he sent first. So, you're actually in a better position than you might have been if you'd already sent. |

Don't make trades for games you don't have? |
