Fellow GameTZ member, Lil_Ramsey, suggested that we have a just for fun, get GameTZers together, "play date" night on XBox Live.
We'll select various games that are multiplayer online that works well with a large party(ies). We're not keeping track of scores, or anything like tournaments or MVP nights. It's just to play together.
We're still in the planning stage (on Danger's Xbox 360 Forum). I'll post the schedule once everyone decides.
Let me know what you guys think, but the Monday night play date thing has been a bust (Wed. MVP hasn't been much better).
Anyway, rather than just setting Monday nights as GameTZ's "Play Date" night, I was thinking of expanding to every night using the XBox "Prime Time" calendar, and just substituting Xbox's Tuesday "Family Night" with games of our choosing. Then, anyone can sign on between 9:00 pm EST and midnight PST, any night, and play together. I'll most likely be playing between 9pm and 11pm EST.

Only reason I'm setting up a separate forum for the Play Date & MVP is because I may utilize some sort of voting system.
Wii & PS3 owners: Feel free to use this forum to start your own MVP and/or Play Date nights (just post your on topic).

Tonight, for those interested: Check your GameTZ friends' lists and get together for some fun multiplayer play on Rock Band or Gears of War (whichever you have/prefer). |

Anyone that wants to hop onto XBox live @ 10pm EST tonight, we'll be playing racing games: Forza, Burnout, PGR, Grid . . . whatever you have and want to play with other GameTZers.
I'll be playing Burnout Paradise. I just got PGR4 but haven't tried it yet.

Tonight is Guitar Hero Aerosmith, but we can play any Guitar Hero III or Aerosmith for those that didn't get it yet. And if you don't have either, how about Rock Band?
