1.) When I setup an iMac for the first time, Tiger asks me the name & company name. if I want to go back and change this later on, how would I?
2.) How would one setup a reusable mailing list in the Mail app that comes with Tiger?

You can change the users name in the "Account" section of System Preferences. I don't see a place to change the company name. I think that might only be set when you register OS X (but I could be wrong). To create a reusable mailing list, you would use the Address Book app and create a group with all the contacts you want in it. In Mail.app you can then just enter the group name and it'll add everyone. |

If you do the mailing list as ndrake suggests, I recommend putting the group name in the BCC field and your email address in the To field. This prevents the members of the list from seeing the addresses of everyone else on the list, and alleviates privacy concerns.
