Is there an easy way to setup Windows /Mac OS so that each system can see the drives with read access of one another? For example I have a gigabit wired network at home with 3 systems: My iMac, Dell running Windows XP Pro, and another Dell running Vista Premium. I'd like to be able to share files among them.

Yep. It is totally doable (although it seems to work "easiest" in Leopard).
Windows to Mac
On the Windows machines, share whatever folders you want. They should automatically show up in the Finder's Sidebar on Leopard. If you are on an earlier version of OS X, use the Go | Server menu of the Finder.
Mac to Windows
Leopard: Open up the Sharing perferences pane and select what folders you want to share. You should be able to browse to the machines via Windows Explorer
Pre-Leopard: Install Share Points and use that to configure the Mac folders you want to share. Browse via Windows Explorer.

Worked good, thanks!
Here's another. How can I block the built in Mac DVD super drive from reading a music CD as enhanced? With these discs I can only see the ernhanced content, and can't play the music or rip in iTunes. Really annoying.
