Hey guys I have a Macbook Pro 17" that I will be selling soon. I am getting the new 13" Macbook Pro soon from my work to be in line with the other departments.
This MBP is the first generation of Intel Core Duo 2.16 GhZ 2 GB Ram 100GB HD ATI Radeon x1600 graphics-- came originally with Tiger but now has Leopard. Comes with original packaging, Apple Care Protection Plan (until August 20th I believe), and Leopard OS disc and packaging. Could also be sold with optional wireless mouse. Snow Leopard capable.
Cosmetically it's near perfect except for one small scratch below the scree on the aluminum where some idiot dropped his ipod. Not even noticeable unless pointed out. There is also slight wear on the trackpad but again hardly visible. Battery works great but can be replaced for free with the ACPP as far as I know if you just want to get a newer battery. Pictures available.
Fresh install of either OS would be included. What would this be worth do you think? Thanks for your opinions.

I would say around $1000.

I was told $1000-1200 from a kid who works at the Apple Store near me, so you're probably right. I really love this computer though as it's been absolutely flawless for the entire time I've had it. I hate to get rid of it but I have a small desk and don't have room for my Vista laptop and both my Apple laptops. :(
If anyone is interested or knows someone who might be interested please let them know about this.

The biggest problem with being Mac owners is that they are so well made that it makes it difficult to find anybody in need of a new one. Thank goodness for an operating system that works and creates a computer that is top of the line usable for such a long time. :) |
