Everything is very good. Box, cart, manual, sleeve and styrofoam insert. Only thing that is not excellent is the box, which has some very tiny wear on a couple corners. Personally, I'd consider it all in excellent condition.

Under $30 for sure. I checked ended eBay auctions and Factory Sealed copies sold for around $30 + Shipping.

That's about what I expected, being under $30....I figured $20-$25. Surprised that sealed copies go that cheap though.
I got it for a dollar, so still a good find, just need to decide if I want to keep it or not.

I'd probably sell it and buy a sealed copy if you decide to keep a copy for collecting.
