Dreaded zombies are a pain. Their Astral Vapor disease will stunt your magicka, and by the time you noticed that your magicka bar is stuck and not recharging, it's too late! >_<
Plz check out my webcomic! |

Mud Crabs. Not because they're hard but they're annoying. I ride through the forest on my horse and ride past a lake then all of a sudden intense battle music starts playing. I think that a Land Dreugh or Minotaur is near but instead it's some g0d damned crab. |

Dread Zombies by far. Not only are they tough but they regenerate. I usually just pass them by, not worth my time. |

Holy Lord! I ran into a new troll this morning. Can't remember what it was called but it started with an A. Was doing the Nocturnal quest and this thing came out of nowhere on my way to a cave. If there wouldn't have been an imperial hunter right in the same area, to take some heat off of me, I'd have been toast!
But I also agree with Steve. Gloom wraiths suck.

The trolls I encountered in the cave on that Nocturnal quest started with a K and were quite stronger than average trolls. But anyway, the unbreakable lockpick skeleton key is definitely worth it. |

Gloom Wraiths suck... it often takes me a few save and retries to get them beat. Sometimes, I get lucky and they get stuck or something and can't attack. So, I just stand back and fireball them, wait for Magicka recharge, lather rinse repeat. |

You need to go to the shrine of Nocturnal and start the quest, which requires no offerings to the shrine. Then you're supposed to head to Leyawinn (or however it's spelled) and find out where the cave is. But if you want to know where it is then Spoiler Tidewater cave, which is along the coast east of Leyawinn near the southwest |

Oh, derp. Forgot to mention that the quest item was located in that cave, and then you return it to the shrine for the reward. |

So, theorhetically, one could just walk into the cave, without having the quest, and grab that lock pick?
Honestly, I'm not sure I even care. I just buy out 100+ picks whenever I find a new fence. $500 is chicken scratch these days. |

I'm not sure if you could or not. Seems to me, that you actually have to have the quest started in order for it to appear there, but I never checked to find out. But, I agree on the 100+ lockpick idea, however,
Spoiler my security skill was at 62 and now, with the skeleton key, it adds 40 to that skill, so I'm over 100. Every chest or door is crazy easy! |

I concur. Ran into my first lot of Dread Zombies this morning. Clearing out a Necromancer cave for a Daedric quest. Did it for 45 mins, and kept dying because of those damn dread zombies!

If anyone was using an arena loot mod, picking up the Gray Aegis sheild renders the wraiths useless. 100% resistence to magic.
Makes the combat pretty unbalanced though.

great shield (i took it) but the mod i was using more or less screwed over my game. when i decided i didn't want to use it anymore it wouldn't let me load any of my saves. plus it was conflicting with too many things...

I've quit playing since the one of the quests is bugged and it won't allow me to initiate it (the quest to get accepted into the theives guild) Amusei is nowhere to be seen and he doesn't come by like he's supposed to. Anybody else have this problem?

This is the quest where you're suppose to steal something from someone. But, there are 2 other thieves who are also trying to get the item? Then, one of them gets it first. So, you have to sneak into their house and steal it from them while they sleep? Well, that's how it went down for me... |
