Who else has come across them? ever since I hit about level 21 I've seen other adventurers exploring ruins and you can even have conversations with some and they tell you where they're from and why they're exploring, etc. It's quite interesting. I talked to an orc from Orsinium who was searching for riches to bring glory and fame to his land (after I cleansed the entire place of bandits).

I'm level 31 but I haven't seen any of these guys.

I don't do much random exploring, though.
