Well, I'd been avoiding most of them. But, I after realizing I need to give one to Martin for the main quest line, I decided to do them all. I still have a few left to do, but I have to say these are some of the most interesting/funny quests in the game. I was a fool to put them off.
Using a guide to track them all down is highly recommended, saves a lot of time...

I've been putting these off, but I finally accepted the one for the Shrine of Nocturnal. Haven't actually done the quest yet though. I've come across like 3 other shrines in my travels though, so I can at least fast travel to some of them. |

Nocturnal is the lock pick... well worth it.
The guide helps because you need specific offers for each... Also helps locate them (though, the directions aren't great, maps are better). |
