So who here has it and has played it? I have it. Haven't played it yet. My Girlfriend has and enjoys it a lot. I haven't gone into the shivering isles yet because I still want to do somethings before I do. So who else here has it and has played it? What do you think of it? |

I have it, I haven't even had time to install it yet, been doing WoW almost exclusively for gaming lately except a few hours of Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

I heard it was way more buggy on the computer. Also be careful about installing it. There is a game ending glitch for the PC's. It will make your game unplayable. You can read more about it on the site.

Oh Great. Thanks for the tip. I will read about it before installing. And yeah, I got the PC version.

I would hate downloading it to HD on Xbox because the HD is too small as it is.

Realy? Demos are like 0.5 - 2g each, I can fill that drive in a heartbeat. Half of it is used up from Xbox 180 compatibility files. Throw in a bunch of XLBA and it's not hard to fill it up, not to mention the downloadable movies and TV shows.

I delete demos after I play them. |

I do too but that's because I have to. There's not an abundance of space to keep anything around long.

Not very often thanks to the limited space. But for example I played the crap out of the Crackdown demo until I got the real game.

It was expensive and all but with all the extra game play weapons and armor I think it is well worth it. You also get a sword on the main quest that is pretty nice it changes at dusk or dawn from fire to frost damage (only 7 damage) but the sword did 16 so 23 isnt to bad for a 1 handed short sword. every time the sword changes it is recharged so you never have to recharge it also if you kill 10 creatures with it it becomes stronger and drains their health on strike as well.
all and all shivering isles gave me a reason to start playing the game again. I have put right around 205 hours in to the game (using 4 different characters) shivering isles main quest took right at 20 hours. with all the time I have got out of the game I would say I have more then got my moneys' worth.

Cool beans. I will definitely play it sometime in the near future before oblivion gets too long in the tooth graphically. It's sooo much better when nothing newer has surpassed it.
