Alice is a Dreamcast (and Windows and Linux) action-adventure game currently in development by a French homebrew developer and is looking damn good, if I do say so myself. A demo was released a little while ago (for dc), but it was very small, and in PAL territory (and without a 60hz option). A second demo will be released soon which will have more to it, and also have a 60hz option to play properly on NTSC setups. An English voice dub has been hinted at, but not confirmed.
Two screenshots for you:
Keep a lookout for its release, probably late 2004.

So what is it? A Flashback/Out of this World sort of game?

My guess is that it's more like the latter than the former.

Not that I've seen.
Bush said that the governor "and I share a lot in common."
"We both married above ourselves," Bush said. "We both have trouble with the English language. We both have big biceps."
"Well," he deadpanned, "two out of three ain't bad." |

Try the new demo doges!
Are they going to charge for the full version?
The voice acting is corny

I kind of hope they do charge for the full version. As long as the full version is a proper release on disc with case/manual. GOAT could sell it.

GOAT is the best online video game store in the gosh darn world. They have an awesome selection of used games for all systems at reasonable (sometimes way low) prices. They also published three Dreamcast games -- Feet of Fury, Inhabitants, and Maquipai -- and have plans to publish more.

I've bought a lot from them.
