This is what I'm talking about:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/article/s...
I've been searching online for a .pdf version but all I can find are sites
that either charge for the download or dead links.
Anyone have a PDF version (one single file) of the 3.5 Edition SRD?
I have the third edition books, but I don't wanna fork over more money
for the 3.5 editions right now. (Especially since I don't have the money
to fork over )

It's not everything, but:
http://theothergamecompany.com/stuff-handout.htm
And its only the SRD 3.5 as originally made (for 3 core books), not the SRD has as been revised to the new Psionics, Epic, Diety.... as you now d/l from wizards. And it is multiple files.
Any particular reason you want them in PDF format?

Well, actually, I don't care if it's pdf or another format (Word Doc, etc),
but there's a website that'll give you a $30.00 trial for their service and
what they do is print documents and put a cover on, binder, etc.
(There's alot of options).
Since the SRD is under the OGL, I figured it would be ok to have them
print it up for me and I much prefer reading a book on paper rather
than on a monitor.
And thanks for the link, but that was one of the sites I found. But I noticed
that it didn't have the Psionics or Epic level stuff.

The Wizards SRD is in RTF. You could combine it all into one file. It may not look pretty (unless you take the time to do so), but it would all be there. Put the date on it someplace so you know how old that SRD is, wizards is real quiet about changes when they make them.

Yeah. I guess that's what I'll do since another website that had some more of the SRD
didn't have the Divine parts up yet.
I already downloaded all those files in the one zip file from WoTC, but I just didn't wanna
go through the process of copying and pasting them all into one file!
Oh well. Time to go to work.

I don't know the limitations of a RTF file, its supposed to be a simple filetype right? Maybe you can use the copy command (from the command line) to join the files, then use whatever to load and fix the extra headers.

Well, I did find a pdf version in one file, but it didn't have any Psionics, Divine, or Epic (or monsters).
But I sent most of that to get printed. Then I took the rest from the WoTC site and copy and pasted
all that I didn't print into two files: Everything Else and Monsters (there's about 300+ pages of
JUST monster stuff! ).
Anyway, at least I'll have most of the basics in print format. It'll probably be pretty rare that
I'll look up psi/divine/epic type stuff, but I'll keep the .pdf and .rtf files just in case.
Oh yeah, another thing that I didn't print from the pdf that I found was the Spells (I just printed
up the intro to magic and the class spell lists) since that was another 200+ pages!!
Do you know if the spells have changed much from the 3rd edition rules?

If you heven't already, download the 'update book' it tells you which spells changed, then you can compare the 3.5 SRD to your 3.0 PHB and the just copy/paste & print the ones that changed enough, as some only changed school and others only changed level, and a few we 'un broken' like Haste.

Do you have a link to the update book?
I know I downloaded some update info, but it wasn't complete info.

Yeah, that's the thing I downloaded before.
But I never really looked through the whole thing.
Looks like they made quite a number of changes to
the spells and all though.

Well, I have most of the SRD in 3 main documents now.
One is all the Basic rules type stuff, classes, races, skills, feats, etc.
Another one is just about Monsters (and is almost as big as the Basic stuff!!)
Then I have another with all the psychic abilities which is right around 160 pages.
I *think* that's how I have it broken down right now.
I didn't bother with the spells since I already printed all of them out already.
If I merged all the texts together, it'd probably be close to 1,000 pages!!!

Number of pages can be changed by such things as font size, and borders. But I could see 1000 pages for the SRD, definately makes the real books look nice. Although I'm now carring too many to each game.
