You've probably already talked up/down these collections before, but I was curious on people's thoughts on these games... they are relatively cheap/budget priced... Didn't know how they stacked up for those of us with a PS2 (or I suppose some on PSP/Wii) looking for cheap arcade gaming of the past... |

I'm curious about these as well. Especially how good/bad the load times are...

same here, thought about buying one a few weeks ago, but I didn't because of lack of funds.

What's the best price so far? Awhile back I was at Best Buy and they had several SNK titles (Neo Geo Coliseum, KOF 11) priced at $10 a piece

Circuit city online has a few for $10 as well...
Honestly, even if the load times are *average*, I think it is hard to top the price... I think when I consider the option of buying all of these titles plus perhaps that Williams pinball Hall of Fame and maybe Taito Legends 2 for the same price as a new, full-priced game, I'd probably just buy all of these instead...

I've played the Fatal Fury Collections. The loading is much faster (and accurate) than any other port I remember, and there's no more loading monkey. If I wasn't playing it with the lousy Playstation D-Pad, I'd say it was arcade perfect. I'd pick up the 2nd collection, I think that's going to be harder to find in the future. I see the first one everywhere.
I've had the sound skip once or twice on the original sound, it could be my system. The presentation is kind of lacking, though. |

yeah, I figure I'll just cave and buy most of them just because I'll be pissed in a few years when no one sells them, no one bought them, and I can't find anyone on this site who has them to trade them to me for the previous reasons mentioned... |

Hey, I just bought World Heroes Anthology. It's awesome. I'm surprised SNK has new WH art on the back of the box.
