Same thing as Alpha, 0 for me. But I'm sure as soon as I turn it on, I'll have the RRod, since I said that.

Just once.
And when it happens again I'm trading it for PS3.

Just had my first about a month ago after having it over a year. They sent the same one back the next day after it was received. That kind of surprised me. Haven't used it much since I got it back but so far so good.

Zero as well. Mine's a Core manufactured maybe 6 months after launch, so I don't expect any problems... here's hoping. |

I've had my 360 since September 2006 and it's been just fine but it did RRoD last week after I left the system on for a couple hours while I was watching TV, but I restarted it and it was fine. I was actually hoping it would do it again because mine is an earlier model that is pretty loud and the power input is messed up because my intercooler melted to the system. |

Literally just got my first one less than a half hour ago.
It did it a couple days ago but started up a couple minutes later, then today it hasn't turned on at all.
But it's still covered by warranty so there is a silver lining.

I've had my console since launch and it's been working perfectly, aside from my DVD drive not recognizing certain things. For example, I got Assassin's Creed in December and played it a little into January. Stopped playing, and around the time of March, I noticed DVDs were coming up as unrecognizable discs. After a few tries, it would work, but this was annoying. Then I try AC again, and it happens now on AC. Again, after a few tries it would work, but a few weeks ago, it wouldn't read it AT ALL. The weird thing is, it only happened with this game. The other games were fine. The condition was mint, so it wasn't the disc. And it worked in December/January, so it wasn't a defect. Nothing a $50 replacement drive won't fix, though.

I have a launch premium console (waited in line 12.5 hours overnight for it on launch day) and have yet to have a single problem (knock on wood). I'd like to believe it's because I take awesome care of my stuff, but chances are, its just luck.

Bah, it did it again last night and it's really fudgeed up now, it still boots up but no controllers will sync up now. I called Microsoft and they're sending a coffin, luckily their policy in Canada is to just simply replace the system rather than fix it, so hopefully it all goes well. I've got my cousin's 360 now which I bought a couple weeks ago with extra credit I had at BBV, he still needs to save up and pay it off, but until then it`s mine. Now I get to play The Bourne Conspiracy, I was only an hour into the game when it all went to crap. |

Nearly gave me a heart attack.

Farily certain it was 3. I'm 100% sure it was caused from the storm though. (power blacked out after that for hours)

Just got my 3rd. (Although the first one was not on my original console. It was the secondary 360.) So me personally with my Launch system have had two. The first time was September 26th was when my launch console died. Now the replacement unit for that one that I got in October has now died. (June 30th). So it basically lasted 8 months...
1st Console (Launch) lasted almost 2 years. (Nov, 2005 - Sept, 2007)
2nd Console (Replacement for Launch Unit) October, 2007 - June, 2008) 8 Months...
That's pretty fudging absurd.... |

2 years and 8 months isn't bad. I haven't had one that has lasted over 6 months but it doesn't bother me since I haven't had to pay a cent to replace them. |

I'm guessing then though that you don't have lots of downloaded content? (I.E Acrade games and such?) This is one of the more annoying factors about having to have a replacement console. Your purchased content will no longer work offline until you can re-attach the license rights to the new console. They just made a tool available to users but this only applies to new console you obtain. If yours is repaired you still have to wait until MS fixes the license issues. I'm hoping when I get this replacement console back it will already be done... but last time it was like a 5 months waiting period... so I'm not holding my breath... |

they only do that to cover their asses, most people totally forget it is nearly a month you are without your console, so the month merely covers the time you were out of an xbox.
if ya ask me, they should give out a 3 month of XBL |

I was just happy I didnt have to pay for anything but the gas it took to pick it up (only because I live on a military installation and rather risk the stupid mail people here fudging things up I requested to pick it up from the depot myself). We literally have handicap people working our mail system, no joke lol |

I do have a lot of DLC and arcade games but I always play online so it isn't really a factor |
