Anyone here going to get this? I would have already but since my 360 is currently fried I don't feel like licensing it to the second console. So I'll wait till I get my replacement.
I have the game on DC of course but it's nice to be able to just play it on the 360 and not have to hook up the DC. Don't even have to load a disc. (That is one of the things I like about the Arcade games is you can just sit on yer ass and switch between a library (If you got em) of games.
Too bad the game doesn't support Online play though... I think that will stop a few people from getting it. But then again it is only $10. So who here might get it?

If this supported online play I'd have it. I need to play some Japanese kids so I can get a challenge.

Are you talking about regular Soul Calibur coming out (or already is out) in the XBLA? Or are you referring to Soul Calibur 4. If you're talking about the latter, and claiming that there will be no online play, I think I'm going to cry.

Kinda disappointed, like YES it was SC in its greatness...but no online play, and EVERYTHING was already unlocked.
I had no reason to play after getting all the achievements... |

Well, I've got a lot of extra points, so the cost wasn't bad for me, and I'm hoping I can show some of my newer gaming buds who don't remember the Dreamcast glory days how cool the game was.

Is the XBLA title a DC or arcade port? |

Good question. I think it's a DC port. There seems to be a gallery and stuff. I haven't bought it yet so I can't confirm though. But yeah I think it's the Superior DC version. |

Yep. It is a pixel perfect DC port.

Awesome. Not that the arcade Soul Caliber isn't worth $10. But, the DC version is - as Mewtwo put it - Superior. |
