I ran across this posting while trying to find MS points for less than retail on google..

Jack around with the car a little... clicking "Next Step"
on the Name/Address entery page be sure to check the 3rd box from the top that says "Yes, I would like to receive Microsoft Points by participating in this promotion. Tell me more about Microsoft Points."
Check your email. You will have a code for 100 points waiting for you.
You have to enter it on this site
http://points.microsoft.com/
It will show up invalid if you try to put it directly into your xbox or through xbox.com (I'm guessing this is to limit it to 1 code per gamertag)

once you put the code into the http://points.microsoft.com/ site it does.
And it tracks the promotion per gamertag.. So if you try to use a 2nd email to get another code. Then try plugging it into the site, it tells you that you have reached the limit for this promotion already.
You can create 1 car per day and vote on other cars to earn more points... but I think they will only send those points once the promotion is over.

gotcha. that's a cool sig by the way. I can't beleive that you actually played through GUN 4 times to get 100% though! I really, really liked it, but there's no way I'd play through it 4 times.

Off topic: I used a cheat to beat gun 4 times. The last three runs took all of an hour.
On topic: Gracias OP. Have you tried a second one? stuff like this is usually broken. |
