The Forza 3 demo came out today, played it before I went to school today. Man it is fantastic. The clutch button changes the whole experience. |

I wont judge the final product by the demo. But it feels like it's lost that Forza feel. The cars don't seem heavy at all anymore. The physics seem a bit on the floaty/slippy side. I also don't find to much happens... like I have all my assist off and the wheels don't seem to lock. Granted I didn't purposely try to lock them... Still I am going to wait till the final game to decide on how the physics are but this isn't a good sign in my opinion. I was worried they might change them up a bit to much and or make them floaty/slippy cause of the drifting and or other reasons. |

I played the full game. The demo doesn't do it justice. |

Racing games without a wheel are not racing games. I dominate arcade racers. |

After playing it a bit more I've realised it probably isn't as bad as I thought it was. (The controls and floatyness). I am thinking it is a selection of the track and some new physics like the tire stuff. I've noticed it's usually only on one area that I have this problem where the back of the cars keep sliding out and I thought it was stupid cause there should have been no reason but after playing it more I believe it's elevation in the track or a spot on the track where I keep losing some grip. Not sure why though... but I keep getting this feeling it is the track now and new physics and not a indication of a more floaty control. |

yeah and i am pretty sure you would be able to adjust the cars to your specific needs like a more loose grip for drifting and a tighter grip for a more straightaway track. |

True. I just meant default settings seemed off. I mean... really... an 4WD audi's back end should really slide around like a FWD car? I think not. But like I said I think it was the track and some new physics thrown in. I'm sure the final game is going to be much better and is going to kick so much ass this side of Froza 2... |
