Interesting, but there's already a D&D Online MMO.
Though, I guess even though it's the same rules; they're set in different settings.

In other news, DDO is going free soon.

Really? That would be cool. I don't really play MMO's much...I have a Guild Wars
account, but I haven't played it in ages. But I think I would play DDO much more
if it were free.

Yeah, some kinda weird model where most of the game is free, but you can pay for more content, items, etc., something like that. I haven't played it in a long while, so I only skimmed the blurb. Might be worth checking up on.

The articles I've found almost make it sound like it's just an expansion pack
sort of thing that will be free...I'm confused.
Actually another article I found makes it sound like it WILL all be free, but
that it's not going free until the expansion is released.
