Hi Sid,
If you are to leave bad feedback and update, please make sure it is factual.
I saw your report, and I am dismayed as to how you skewed my email to fit
your purposes. I was not even home when the unit arrived, and im still not
home now and STILL have not even seen or played the unit, which you don't
make clear it sounds as if im sitting on it and laughing at the UPS invoice
you received. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I payed a good amount for
shipping with UPS and they are in the wrong. I told you I don't have the
free time or resources to call UPS and deal with this, call them and tell
them it wasn't an ebay sale, only a gift there should be no charge with
customs or whatever they're saying it is. I hope your enjoying your DS. Take
some action, the onus isn't on me, the invoice is billed erroneously in your
name (since its an erroneous invoice to begin with) and don't tack the blame
on me. I enjoyed GamezTZ while I was there, and after deployment hope to
come back, communication between us was fine before I got moved. Don't skew
the facts, I said I would call UPS, and I did while I was in Winnipeg, but
it being an american company and your invoice being made in the states it
made it extremely hard for me to talk to somebody who could help me (CDN and
USA UPS are the same entity but different if u know what I mean). I urge you
instead of writing bad feedback to stand up and try to take matters into
your own hand. If you try to redirect the invoice to my home address, I have
left instructions with my father to call UPS and redirect it back to you.
Give UPS the website URL of the trade we made it is proof it is not an ebay
sale but simply a trade, nothing more. Thanks for the trade, but when you
copy and paste only select parts of an email i sent to you to justify your
bad feedback, it leaves me with a sour taste. I tried to be amicable in my
last email, you however simply went and posted parts of my email and didn't
even email me back, which is very shady. I apologize I had an opportunity to
serve our troops I couldn't pass up, I wasn't aware you couldn't deal with
bad corporate invoicing, especially considering your a business owner
yourself. Once again thanks for the trade, I have since bought another DS,
and hope to be playing the GBA games you sent me soon on it.
