I'm actively offering modding and customization services. Below is a small sample of some of the services I offer.

Atari 5200 Mod and Repair Services

- Mod - Power supply mod. Tired of that switchbox for your 4 port? This mod allows you to have a normal psu jack on the back of the console and totally omit the use of the switchbox.
  
- Mod - Swap the Power LED. Any color.
- Mod - Create exterior access to the internal video/color potentiometer. This allows you to adjust the color on your 5200 from the outside, thus without having to disassemble it - Ask for more information. |

- Mod - Add Region Switch Indicator LEDs. Select a color for both regions. These photos show a few different colors: Pink for PC Engine mode, Purple/Blue for TG16 mode, Green for PC Engine mode, and Blue for TG16 mode.
   
- Mod - Add a Power Indicator LED. Any color. This photo shows blue. The center is reserved for the CD-ROM access light.
- Mod - Add standard RCA jacks so you don't need special cables. Composite video and stereo sound shown in the pictures.

Saturn (JPN) Mod and Repair Services
- Mod - Swap out the Power LED. Any color. A white LED is shone below.
 
- Mod - Switchless region mod. Press and hold the Reset button for 2 seconds to change from USA to JPN region.
- Mod - Switchless region mod LED indicator. Select an alternative color for the power LED to change to while it is switching regions. In this case the normal white power LED is now blue when changing regions.

Saturn (USA) Mod and Repair Services
- Mod - Swap out the Power LED. Any color.
- Mod - Switchless region mod. Press and hold the Reset button for 2 seconds to change from USA to JPN region.
- Mod - Switchless region mod LED indicator. Select an alternative color for the power LED to change to while it is switching regions. |
Sega CD Model 2 Mod and Repair Services
- Repair - No power? It's probably the fuse. Several options available, including direct replacement and in-line fuse holder installation.

NEC Accessory Mod and Repair Services
- Mod - Install longer controller cables for ANY NEC Pad. Black or off white available. Length of up to 20ft. These photo shows stock on the left and 9ft cables on the right.
 
  
- Mod - Convert a USA compatible pad to PC Engine and vice versa. These photos show the differences between some of the plugs. The larger plugs are USA. The actual plug appearance may vary a little from these photos. It just depends on which company I order my parts from.

Cloudstrife - Yep. It's basically the "cheaper bulk" purchase. The $45 option replaces ALL the capacitors in the Express so you'll be set to play for a long time
Rictor - Thanks man. I haven't really decided on a set amount yet as it was a custom gig, but due to the amount of work involved probably around $100 for a similar one (both the design and backlit).
I've been thinking about Zelda as well. Any thoughts on favorite "pose"? I'm thinking 8-bit Link from LoZ in the "stabbing towards you" position would look pretty cool.

That pose would look good. You could probably but a switch on the Mario NES, to switch between red and green LEDs...then you would have Mario and Luigi in the same system.
If you could figure out a way to do those case mods quickly and with less work, you'd have a nice Ebay business. Die cut machine maybe? |

I could definitely add a switch to change the LED lighting. I also want to do some designs with more then one color so it looks more like the "real" original image.
I'm not very familiar with die cutting machines. However if there is something out there that would make cutting plastic designs much easier and is cost effective I'd be very interested...
