I dunno if platinumfungi can do this but I have a cover piece that goes over the cpu fan area of my laptop. It has no ventillation slots or anything and I would like some because even with a cooling pad it gets to 75 degrees celcius when playing nfs most wanted. I want enough slots in the cover plate for my laptop to get below 69. the plate is made of plastic and aluminum (or metal i believe). please help |

Do you have a photo of the plate and a photo or drawing of what type of ventilation design you're looking for?

well i will get a photo asap. But I want a ventalation design that will help keep that laptop cook. any prices for the $$? |

the plate is 3x4x2x1x2 cornerstone shaped and what design would go good with that? |

I totally forgot you had sent me those photos  What's the general width and length dimensions? (I didn't quite follow the measurements you listed above).
GBC I don't yet offer a backlight. Working on it though...

I'm still not really understanding your measurement there  How many inches roughly is it from left to right, and how many inches from "top" to "bottom".

BillyJoeBob - He emailed me photos and the plate is a bit of an odd shape / it's not just a regular rectangle. I think he's trying to give me all the dimensions of all the turns/corners, etc.

Well keeping in mind it's a fairly small surface, here are some general possibilities:
- logos
- characters
- text
- a general grill/speaker pattern
It could really be just about anything. Bare in mind that the detail can only go so far. Check out the Super Mario Bros NES mod I recently added to my bio page to get an idea of what something on the higher end can look like.
So, I'd say just let me know some things you like from the list above to get things started.

and to keep in mind If I chose a logo I wouldnt want it to be large enough to put objects in such as fingers.
What are your thoughts on Emachines E logo on the plate? could you send me a pic of what it would look like if I had Emachines Logo
,Windows XP Logo

Emachines and WinXP would be the easiest. Then AMD, and finally ATI would be the most difficult.
