This is just a tiny tiny graphic that I made tonight. Thought I'd share it.
One thing that always bothers me a bit (aesthetically) with Gnome is that the panel bars are basically just a flat color. They're a little blah. This uses the same beige as the default bars but has a glare effect like the default Human theme. Oh - and it's really only made for 24-25px high bars.

Can you post a bigger screen shot (of it actually on your panel)? I can't really tell what it looks like from the image your posted.
Thanks!
Also, did you dump the default, brown, color scheme? |

It's a really slight difference, but it gives the bars just enough texture for me.
As you can see, I am using a blue right now. I had switched it to match a wallpaper and haven't bothered to change it back yet. I really wish that you could apply color schemes in Gnome like in KDE.

That's pretty slick. How would I go about using it?
Also, did you make that wallpaper (or get it from Sam)? Regardless, got a link to it? |

Both for the wallpaper. It's Sam's, I just added drop shadows and spiffed up the background a little bit.
For the panel, just save the graphic somewhere, right click on your bar, choose options. Click the background tab and then just browse to the image.
