1) It's by Toyka, Nival, and Monolith. But the basic answer is yes.
2) It comes with disc, cover art, back art, and manual. The manual is actually quite large 75 pages.
3) I'm not really sure how much shipping to Uruguay is. I'd have to check. I would ship in a 6" x 9" bubble mailer. |

I don't think a jewel case and manual should weight that much though. If I had to make a wild estimate I'd say it's probably 250 grams or less. |
