Hello Ben! I'm in the need of a loan. I want to buy myself a game in steam but i dont have a CC/Paypal. What i'm looking for is for you to give me a Secure card Via Paypal so i can buy my game (Day of Defeat: Source, 9.99) or For you to make an account then gift me the game (When you click purchace theres an option to gift), I would pay back by sending 12$ cash (I've sent cash multiple times before so i know how to keep it safe), With me covering postage the next day (Except tomorrow cause its sunday). I'm not quite sure what you're asking me to do...
Are you asking me to set up a steam account, buy the game, and then gift it to you? If that's the case, then unfortunately it wouldn't work because I've got a Mac (and Steam is PC-only)
Also, I don't accept cash in the mail under any circumstances - no matter how well you pack it, it can still get lost with no way to recover it. A check or money order would be fine though.
If there's some other way I can help you out - maybe there's someone i can send the paypal to who will do the steam thing for you. Just let me know.
