If you would like to have the Mod done but cant do it yourself, or dont wanna pay jacked up prices, you can try this. The User cnirvana can do the service for you for $10, You ship him your PSP Battery (Make sure its a Compatible Battery for the Mod), and your Memory Stick (1GB), and he will do the mod for you and return it all for $10 Flat. I have had him do the service for me and he did an Excellent job and was very helpful with technical stuff i had questions about. He has also done Mods for other various users who were happy also.
He does other Mods as well, Contact him for more details.

He did mine too; it's definitely worth it.
It doesn't have to be a 1GB card. I just used a 256MB one. |

Let him do it ,,The dude brought life to my PSP 10 bucks is a great bargain !!!!!!!

First off, Thank you everyone. I’m glad I can help and provide this service for you for a reasonable price. It just made me sick seeing people charge $60+ for this at other online shops/forums.
Those whom I have modded for, Thank you for recommending me to others. I really enjoy being able to d something that helps the community. I’ve even done a few conversions through email from TGN members.
Just a few notes for those that have not upgraded to CFW on what they need and other random notes/blurbs…
It has to be one of the following batteries
* Sony PSP 1800mAh
* Sony PSP-280 2200mAh
* Datel PSP Battery 3600mAh 2X
* Datel PSP Battery 1800 MaxPower
* Atomic Battery Pack 3.6v 1800 mAh
The 1st one is the original OEM battery and the 2nd is the +20% extended life battery with the gold writing
+ any ProDUO memory stick between 128MB & 4GB in size
I can only convert Fat batteries at this time…
If you have a Slim PSP you have the Following options
1) Upgrade to the official “Fat” battery & official fat battery cover from sony

2) Send me your PSP and I will send it back converted. ($3 more due to insurance cost)
3) If you are or above (and a rating of 98.5% or above) and I do not have a PSP mod pending I will let you borrow my personal battery & stick. (Same fee of $10)
Please make sure your battery is at 100% charge before you send  Otherwise I have to put it on the charger before I can do the conversion.
My magic memory stick program will take you to either 3.71 Official OR M33-3.71-2.
I also provide the updates to M33-3.71-4 & M33-3.90-2 depending on what you want to run…

Yeah... I've had 3 mods come in the mail back-back-back over the past week.. Sorry.. I'll get a reply out to you later tonight.
BTW Dark Alex released a minor update today (M33-3.90-3) improves the M33 No-UMD driver file so it doesn't crash out on certain .iso games now..

Hello. I live in the Albany area (specifically Cohoes, NY 12047) and I am going crazy trying to get CFW on my slim.
I have the slim (silver, Daxter pack version), it has OFW 3.90 and my battery pack says 3.6v, 1200 mAh on it.
I am good with electronics but I CANNOT find anyone nearby who has a CFW'ed psp.
If you do a battery and mem-stick for me, can I convert my psp myself? Or do I still need a 2nd CFW enabled psp to do it? If so, do you do the full mod on a slim or just the mem-stick and battery?
Please help me out if you have the time. A local independant video game store took pity on me and directed me to this site.^^

If I have you do this, say I send it today, two questions:
1) how long round trip?
2) will you send me back my battery as a pandora and my mem-stick as a magic mem-stick in case I ever brick it?
