Archer      | #2 posted January 8, 2013 at 4:20pm (EDT) No you can not. Each region has its own file set. You have to start a new character for it. They do share trophy data however, not game/game save data. |

And if you didn't know about the back way, its down the elevator at the bonfire in firelink, then when you get to new londo ruins, take the path right and up the next elevator, through the door, over the bridge and there you are. |
| d3vanj | #6 posted January 8, 2013 at 4:46pm (EDT) Yeah but I got a ton of souls and some great loot/shards from there. I probably advanced 10 SLs in Blighttown. It's just really frustrating.Do the enemies in this game scale to your level, or are they just set at a SL and stay there? |
| Archer | #7 posted January 8, 2013 at 4:54pm (EDT) They are not scaled to you or your level, they are scaled to the NG level. So each enemy is always the same in that play through, and does not increase in anything until NG+ |

| Archer | #15 posted January 8, 2013 at 6:55pm (EDT) Yep. You are playing on the UK servers, so everyone will be those using PAL versions. This is why I love having JPN copy of the game. Those dudes are insane. |

| Archer | #17 posted January 8, 2013 at 7:03pm (EDT) I didn't end up buying that one until I had put in hundreds of hours on the US/PAL and Asian version (Chinese), so I know what everything was on the menus and by item image. And the Asian version is in full English, but you play with dudes from every Asian country, and those dudes are also pretty insane. I will admit I have never, not once, beaten an invader using the Asian version. Those dudes fudge me up like its nothing. |

| Archer | #19 posted January 9, 2013 at 2:16am (EDT) ugh. I forgot how hard it can be with a low level character if you try and rush. I made the mistake of trying to kill lautric with my level 6 pyro with a weak ass weapon. Then I summoned a dude and he wouldn't help me fight him. He just stood and watched. While this is going on I get invaded. So the dude I summoned starts fighting the invader while I fight lautric. Invader kills the dude I summoned, then starts trying to fight me. So I ran back to the summoning spot outside the church to try and summon someone else. I get there and hit the summon just as the bastard invader catches me from behind with a long ass reach for a back stab. Thankfully doesn't kill me. I manage to get up and roll away and heal real quick, just as lautric joins the party again. So I am dodge rolling non stop away from both these dudes, when the guy I just summoned shows up. He, like an butt-hole, just stands and watches for about a minute. Actually I shouldn't call him an butt-hole. I am sure he didn't know wtf was going on. He got summoned and was expecting to bow to someone and he turns around and sees chaos. So finally starts fighting the invader, but this dude is good, and kinda makes quick work of him. I am able to get lautric down to almost nothing, his ring starts glowing when I see the summoned dude has been vanquished message, and just as start to turn to see where the invader is he back stabs me again, this time killing me. That was when I decided to turn it off. enough for one night. |

I have never played Dark (or Demon's) Souls, yet this story sounds batcrap crazy and makes me want to go buy it right now. |

And hes in agro mode. So once you go up to the second floor of the church he starts seeking you out. I just need to get a better weapon before I fight him next. I am only doing like 56 damage on average to him. |
