One day I will kill him.

Diablo II is classic--the videos for Diablo III look amazing. Go Blizzard!
(And Starcraft II coming the end of this year too, looks like--mmm, gonna have to take that day off .)

Starcraft II was recently listed as December 3rd, and Blizzard reps have mentioned it's on track for a 2008 release, so there's always hope. I've heard less about the Lich King, other than the alpha is going well, but I have a feeling both will make it this year. Still, even with the usual Blizzard delays, it's hard to argue with Blizzard quality--one of the best in the biz.

Yep. There quality is well above average. I have a feeling Lich King will be delayed as they have not even designed any of the lvl 80 raid bosses at this point. I am sure it will get pushed to January like BC. With Starcraft, I am also pretty sure it will get at least one delay... I think I would be rather worried if any game blizzard does not get at least one delay |

I won't be worried, delay or otherwise. If it's coming out, it's because it's ready .
That said, with the team and the testers behind Starcraft II, I won't be surprised if it drops in December. Mmm, can't wait. That'll be a day of work I miss .

How does it play.... like Diablo on PSX (awkward given the fact you can't use a mouse) or Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (more natural because it was designed with a controller in mind)?

Lodoss War, Plays really smooth. I was really shocked.. I had played games that played like diablo before but they where all missing something. Lodoss War was as close to hack and slash perfection as it gets.. Diablo holding that crown... But I prefer Lodoss war actually, Diablo is gold don't get me wrong... but its no lodoss war...
I am going to see if I can score a DC at a flea market today... I sure hope I can |

But does it seem natural to be using a controller to move your character? |

Lodoss War is definitely one of the best/most underrated/most overlooked Dreamcast games out there. This was probably because it came out after they announced the death of the system and it's a shame because it's definitely one of the best action/adventure/hack n' slash games ever made.

Yes, it was MADE for console. Plays VERY well. |

Lodoss War was fun but it lacks the depth and replay value that D2LOD had (as does any game like diablo since D2LOD). I can't wait for Diablo 3, personally. I was kind of let down by Hellgate: London, which was by part of the D2 team. I hope D3 doesn't suck.

Oh lord Diablo III
I was addicted to D2 for awhile a few years back and I see that people STILL play that 10 year old game.
This one is going to be annoyingly popular. |
