Pretty much all Gen/Snes games have the same graphics.

Then I must question your experience. Most of the games that I've seen that were on both systems had significant differences in visual quality. | sk8rjason

Have you had your eyes checked? That's like saying the graphics on the Wii and 360 or PS3 are the same.

In the Genesis version of Top Gear 2, you are forced to choose between background music or sound effects playing. You can't have both at the same time like the SNES version. | Forgotten_Freshness

Zombies Ate My Neighbors is great on SNES, and is the same on Genesis if you have a 6 button controller. If not, the controls are terrible for the 3button and ruin the experience. Graphically though they are the same.
No idea on Micro Machines.

There's a difference snes/genesis graphics that which you can tell right away if familiar with both. the tmnt being one example sega is way off from the snes and from what i heard i haven't exactly seen it double dragon on nes is better graphics than segas version

The two systems have different default resolutions. On Genesis the default resolution is 320 x 224, whereas the SNES default resolution is 256 x 224 (smaller horizontally). There are different ways of compensating for this difference (Genesis has a 256 x 224 mode, or you can have the SNES version "zoomed in" more, or you can redraw everything). Zombies Ate My Neighbors adds a bar to take up the difference on the right side of the screen. The bar contains your health/lives, weapon, item, and a radar. On the SNES version, this information is on the top of the screen, minus the radar which isn't included.
Here are screenshots. Genesis on top.
Notice how in these screens, the "gameplay area" is the same size, and it just looks like the Genesis version adds a bar. But when you're playing the game, it'll be stretched to fit your tv screen. So the SNES version will be more stretched horizontally. Also, personally, I prefer having the information in its separate area on the right, not obstructing my view of the gameplay. The radar can also come in handy at times, but not that much. What does come in handy more often is that the Genesis version tells you how many zombies are left in the level (that's what the 10 is in the screen above), whereas the SNES version leaves it a mystery.
Also the colors are different, and the SNES version has a slightly higher number of colors. In these images, the SNES screen has 55 colors and the Genesis screen has just 39 (I used a program for these counts). But you can't really tell, the SNES version just looks more turquoise. I don't think either one really looks better.
Sound-wise, the Genesis version has better sounding music, but the SNES version has better sound effects. Neither are a huge difference though. Another small difference is that the Genesis version gives you the option of remapping the buttons, whereas the SNES version doesn't. The default configuration is fine in both (provided you're not using a 3-button Genesis pad), so it doesn't really matter. Overall, I prefer the Genesis version, because of the side bar and the additional information.
