So I just logged on to Club Nintendo to register a couple new games, and found that my coins balance had been dramatically reduced, from about 950 to 280. I haven't purchased anything with the coins (I have the Mario hat on its way to me, but that doesn't cost anything), and there's no record of any purchases or transactions in my order history. Has anyone else had this problem? I sent an email to Nintendo, so I should be hearing back within a couple days. I also checked the FAQ, and it said coins don't expire until at least two years after registering the games, and all of mine have been registered within the last year. Any thoughts from you guys would be much appreciated on what the problem could be. |

Either it's a glitch or they had reason to believe you were cheating the system most likely.

Definitely no cheating here. I sent them an email last night and received a reply just a little bit ago. Apparently this happened to a few people- I was told that they would have everything rectified within the next week or so. Not sure what caused it, but no big deal now that I know it'll be fixed. |
