You'd get a better response if you post in Find of the Week. |

haha I can just get a loose cart to play and yes this is an awesome game and yea I'll post in find of the week as well. Whats even better is I offered the seller more money for this game when he first posted and he denied me. |

I knew somebody would say that. Can you fake a horizontal seal??? If this is resealed props to the guy. Here are more pics he took that i asked for anyhow. Only flaw I seen was a rip at seal which is why I asked for pics.

Don't hate people and before you tell me what resealed looks like at least own a nes game! Humor me anyhow Johnny why does it look resealed to you? Wait before you do I will tell you why I think its original. 1) see that seal that is perferated it goes across center back .2) see on side of game where seal meets on the "unripped side" The plastic has a perfect fold almost like a double seal that meets the horizontal line; see pic 2. 3) See how tight the shrinkwrap is try and do that w/out forming a circled rip in the plastic where the rip is also burned along edges from shrivilling up. 4) last but not least the seller has a 100% positive rating of 231. |

LOL I believe you are correct. Considering inflation it's a deal right haha. |

I think you paid a fair price for it...not really a deal for either side. It's legit, as far as I can tell, but at the same time there's a split in the seam, as well as some corner damage...I'd have gone absolutely no higher. |

| | #13 posted May 14, 2008 at 10:38pm (EDT) |
What corner damage are you referrring to? I can see how in auction pic it looks like shrink wrap is torn in upper left corner backside but it isn't. If you are referring to something else I don't see it. |

The lower right of the back (picture #4 out of those 6 you posted)...you'll note the corner appears to have a slight bit of rounding to it, as well as what looks like a minor dent a bit north of the corner (a little south of halfway between the horizontal seam and the corner). |

I know what you are saying about the rounded corner but I have many sealed games and that seams to be a trend plus in pic 5 it doesn't look that rounded to me. I believe all sealed games will have some roundness just because of the stress of the shrinkwrap. It's a trade-off for sealed. I do understand that some games may be mint but considering age of games getting tight corners sealed is rare i think again due to stress of shrinkwrap. You must have some crazy eyes because I can't see the fine detail like you can, I don't see any dent but when I get game and can look at it personally I will see the real condition of game. On another note Dragon warrior 4 sealed!!!!!!! sold on ebay $650 BIN what a sweet item wish I had that one. |

Yeah, I saw that DW IV...wish I'd seen it when it was still live, as $650 is cheap for that one sealed (I've seen $1000 before, and I think I saw one hit $1500). That's one game I wouldn't mind having sealed (and I'm not normally a sealed collector). As for my vision, I have 20/10 vision in one eye and 20/15 in the other, though I do have a mild case of astigmatism. As for the rounded corners thing...the factory-sealed Super Mario Bros. I had (original print run, btw...hangtab box, old-style seal) had very sharp corners. If it wasn't for a seam split and an area where the plastic was ruffled (price sticker removal by the owner before me), it would've been in absolutely perfect shape. |

That auction was originally posted w/a $500 start bid and next day was sold w/ a Buy it Now that was not originally there. I couldn't afford the $500 let alone any more and to be honest unless I win the lottery there is no way I'd spend that kind of money on a game haha. I'll settle for boxed complete. I am running a pc that is 8 years old so I probably can't see the fine detail as much as other ppl can hence the crazy eyes remark lol. My vid card is a gforce fx 5200. |

My video is some sort of onboard crap...I also use a very small monitor (13" CRT...it's somewhere about 10 years old now) set at 1280 x 768 resolution. I already have a minty complete DW IV (including both maps and the nearly unseen warranty card)...but if you were to even consider buying that from me, get a stack of $100 bills together about, mm, an inch thick, and maybe we'll talk . |

Ok dude you was not asked to act like that here. So how about you go and get a nice cup of STFU. Now for all you jealous pricks instead of saying resealed; why don't you comment with WHY it is. If you having nothing decent to say then stay away. Feeb instead of acting like a 13 year old in puberty GROW up you are the most immature 28 year old i have seen in a long time. Oh and good day! |
